Payout Request Information
To request a payout, please email us asap.
Payouts requested by the end of business on Friday will be ready at the beginning of business the following Thursday.
Payouts may be requested by check/cash in the shop, check via mail ($1 fee for mailing will be deducted from the payment), Cash App (vendor is responsible for any fees), and/or PayPal (vendor is responsible for any fees). Please note in your request WHEN you plan to come in and WHAT method of payment you prefer.
Emails must go to payouts@mainelyhandmade.com and the preferred payment method must be indicated in order for us to process your request. Once we have processed your request, you will receive an email confirming that your request has been processed.
Monthly Rent & Commission Vendors - Payout requests will be completed for dates up to the end of the previous month. Any sales for the current month will not be available until the first payout AFTER the month has ended.
Commission Only Vendors - Payout requests will be completed for dates up to the end of business on the Sunday after the request was made. Any sales for the current week would not be available until the next payout request.
Ricochet Go App
Ricochet (the POS system that we use at Mainely Handmade) has an app called Ricochet Go.
This app allows the user to receive notifications on sales, upload photos, update inventory, etc.
We strongly encourage users to download and use the app.
We have provided links for the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
If you are unable to use these links, please search 'Ricochet Go' in your app store.
Login Info
You will need the following information when you log in:
1) Shop Name - mainelyhandmade
2) Your User Name
3) Your Password
Ricochet - Andriod
Please use this link for the Android version of the Ricochet Go software.

Please use this link for the Apple version of the Ricochet Go software.
Bulk Inventory Upload
Ricochet does offer an option to upload new inventory with a csv form. You can open this file in Excel or Google Sheets.
Delete the line with test information and add your information.
1) SKU - Leave this space blank, the system will create one.
2) TITLE - The main name of your product. This is what shows on the labels and what you see on the inventory screen.
3) DESCRIPTION - This is the 2nd field on the inventory item screen. You may add a description of your item here if you would like. This will show up online.
4) PRICE - Please enter your price without the dollar sign. Instead of $9.95, your price would simply show as 9.95.
5) QUANTITY - Simply enter the number of items you are adding.
6) IN-STOCK DATE - Please enter the date that you plan to bring items into the shop. Enter the date in the same format shown in the sample.
YOU MUST SAVE THE COMPLETED SHEET AS A CSV FILE.
